A forty-something multi-passionate woman living a life more in alignment with my authentic self each and every day. If that sounds a little woo-woo...hear me out.

What I've found is that living a life of true wellness isn't all diets, workouts, calories, and rules. That crap is boring and never worked for me (at least not long term,)

Instead, I believe that true wellness isn't a size of jeans, number on a scale or chiseled abs.....rather, its authentic happiness in life. It's seeing joy in small things and holding space for beautiful and true relationships. Its having fun, getting out in nature, and self care.

Now....I'm not talking the spa day version of self-care....but instead; caring for yourself enough to have your finances in order, get great sleep, fuel your body, mind and soul, and use healthy ways to handle stress.

This is why I'm passionate about Holistic Wellness. Taking in the whole person, every piece that collectively creates the beautiful masterpiece that is a female body. As I continue on my own life-long journey of Holistic Wellness, I have a passion to help other women live their own true and beautiful life, whatever that looks like for her. This course is one of the ways I am doing just that.
